Information we receive
When you request an audit or contact CoreLogic 360, you may provide your name, work email, dealership name, CRM, DMS, accounting platform, lead volume, and the details you choose to share.
This site may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Analytics and security services use these signals to operate and measure the site.
How visitor identification works
Radar can connect a website visit with contact or business information supplied by identity-data providers. A match may include a name, work email, company, and the pages or inventory viewed. Match coverage and accuracy vary.
CoreLogic 360 uses these signals to understand dealer interest, measure site demand, and decide whether follow-up fits the visit. Radar data does not enter a dealer sales workflow as a qualified lead until engagement signals support that step.
How we use information
- Respond to audit, contact, and meeting requests.
- Prepare a dealership data review or answer integration questions.
- Measure site use, content performance, and demand.
- Protect the site, forms, and connected systems from abuse.
- Keep records required for operations, contracts, and law.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the dealer relationship, provider settings, and legal requirements. CoreLogic 360 uses access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can remove every risk.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. You can ask CoreLogic 360 to stop marketing outreach. Browser controls can limit cookies and related storage, though some site functions may change.
CoreLogic 360 will handle each request under the laws and contractual duties that apply.
Privacy requests
Use the contact page and label your request “Privacy.” Include enough information for CoreLogic 360 to locate the relevant record and verify the request.
